In a randomized control sudy including 230 patients suffering from squamous cell carcinoma with extension into lymphnodes of neck,60 million organ specific killer stem cells were transfused.Post stem cell boosters used were Imatinib 400 mg od,Carcinosinum 200 bd and Psychrinum 200 bd.30 days post stem cell CT scan showed interval development and regression of cancer mass by 2mm to 6 mm.60 days post stem cell CT scan revealed 10 mm to 14 mm regression with increase in interval spaces.The cancer mass vanished on Ct scan by 4 to 6 moths post stem cell.PET scans done at 5 to 7 months revealed no detectable cancer tissue both at primary site of cancer as well as in neck lymph nodes.
