Breast Carcinoma Treament With Organ Specific Killer Stem Cells & Role Of kinase Inhibitors; Abstract

A total of 468 patients were studied under controlled trial, all suffering from breast cancer.Organ specific killer stem cells were used. Those with non metastatic breast cancer were transfused 60 million organ specific killer stem cells and those with metastatic breast cancer 80 milllion stem cell transfusion was done.Among kinase inhibitors imatinib was used as post killer stem cell booster.Carcinosinum 200 and Psychrinum 200 were also used as post killer stem cell boosters. After 30 days post stem cell MRI showed no progression of the disease plus intervals were seen in cancer plates. Moreover 4 mm to 8 mm regression was noted at 30 days post stem cell.60 days post stem cell scan showed 10 to 14 mm regression. The cancer totally regressed from 4 to 6 months post stem cell.PET scans were done at 7 months of treatment .All of PET scans showed cancer free results except 12 patients whose booster treatment carried upto 8 months and they became cancer free at 8 months.

Conclusion

Organ specific Killer stem cells are a very good treatment of breast cancer (metastatic & non metastatic).Stem cell treatment is much better than chemotherapy and radiotherapy in cases of breast carcinoma.Imatinib 400 mg OD and Carcinosinum 200 plus Psychrinum 200 are potent boosters of killer stem cells in breast cancer. There are no significant side effects of killer Stem Cell treatment.
