A total of 250 patients were studied under controlled trial, all suffering from Multiple Myeloma. All of these patients were transfused with Plasma cell specific killer stem cells which were modified from hemopoeitic stem cells of umbilical cord. As post stem cell booster Imatinib 400 mg od plus Pazopanib 400 mg od and Lenalidomide 10 mg od were used. In bone scans done 1 month post stem cell all these patients showed 20% clearance in bones. Bone scans done 3 months post stem cell showed 70% clearance and bone scan done at 6 months showed full clearance as none of the bones gave cancerous dye uptake.
Plasma cell specific killer stem cells modified from pleuripotent hemopoeitic umbilical cord stem cells are curative for Multiple Myeloma. Imatinib, Pazopanib and Lenalidomide are potent post stem cell boosters in Multiple Myeloma.
