Hepatocellular Carcinoma Treatment with Organ Specific Killer Stem Cells And Role Of Kinase Inhibitors ,with decrease in AFP levels

In a randomized controlled study 300 patients were selected all of who were suffering from hepatocellular carcinoma and raised alpha feto protein levels.Organ specific Killer Stem cells were transfused.60 million killer stem cells were transfused in non metastatic HCC cases and 80 million killer stem cells were used in metastatic HCC cases.sorafenib 200 bd plus Carcinosinum 2000 and Psychrinum 200 were used as post stem cell boosters.Moreover IV albumin was also used to maintain serum albumin levels.30 days post stem cell triphasic CT scan showed 2 to 4 mm regression and interval development with AFP levels decreased to 30 percent of pre stem cell value.60 days post stem cell scan showed regression upto 10 mm.In the meantime special efforts were made to maintain serum albumin level.The tumor mass vanished in 4 to 6 months.PET scan was performed at 7 months post stem cell and all Pet scans were negative for HCC.
