In a randomized controlled study 320 patients were selected all of who were suffering from Cholangio-carcinoma and raised CEA levels. Organ specific Killer Stem cells were transfused. 60 million killer stem cells were transfused in non metastatic cases and 80 million killer stem cells were used in metastatic cases. Sorafenib 200 bd and Pazopanib 400 mg od plus Carcinosinum 2000 and Psychrinum 200 were used as post stem cell boosters. Moreover 30 days post stem cell triphasic CT scan showed 2 to 6 mm regression and interval development with CEA levels decreased to 30 percent of pre stem cell value. 60 days post stem cell scan showed regression upto 10 mm. In the meantime special efforts were made to maintain serum albumin level. The tumor mass vanished in 4 to 6 months. PET scan was performed at 7 months post stem cell and all PET scans were negative for HCC.
In case of Cholangio-carcinoma, treatment with organ specific killer stem cells is very successful. The role of post stem cell booster is very important. Sorafenib and Carcinosinum 200 plus Psychrinum 200 is very beneficial. CEA levels decrease fastly after initial treatment. No recurrence is seen if Cholangio-carcinoma is treated with organ specific killer stem cells.
